This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to all orders placed and delivered within Malaysia and the United States.

At Eva Vante, we specialize in chandeliers and decorative lighting products. Due to the nature of our products many of which require careful handling, quality checks, and custom preparation we are committed to ensuring every order is processed and delivered safely and reliably.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders are processed on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT+8) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing & Preparation Time

All chandelier and lighting orders require extended preparation time due to:

  • Product inspection and quality control
  • Secure packaging for fragile items
  • Custom handling and logistics coordination

28 - 40 business days (Monday to Friday)

This timeframe applies to all orders shipped within Malaysia and the United States.

Once processing is completed, your order will be dispatched and shipped to your delivery address.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Shipping Fees & Currency

  • Free shipping is provided for all orders within Malaysia and the United States
  • All prices, shipping costs, and transactions are processed in United States Dollar (USD)
  • If payment is made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees beyond our control

  • Chandeliers and lighting fixtures are fragile items and are packaged with protective materials to minimize transit risk
  • Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside our control
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout
