This Return & Refund Policy applies solely to orders placed and delivered within Malaysia and the United States.
At Eva Vante, we specialize in decorative lighting and chandeliers. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return process in accordance with the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective chandeliers and lighting products, provided that:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, components, mounting hardware, and manuals
- The return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date
- The order was shipped within Malaysia or the United States
⚠️ Installed, modified, or electrically altered items are not eligible for return, unless confirmed defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, wired, or partially installed
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or handling
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)
- Customized or made-to-order lighting products
Return Method & Process
All returns are handled by mail.
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive a return shipping label
- Repackage the item securely using the original protective materials
- Ship the item back using the provided label
📦 Proper packaging is required to prevent damage during return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free return shipping is provided for approved returns
- Eva Vante covers the full return postage cost for eligible items
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return window, subject to:
- Product availability
- Item being unused and uninstalled
- Original item being returned and inspected successfully
Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and approved.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees are charged for approved returns or exchanges
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued in United States Dollar (USD)
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
Currency & International Payments
All refunds and return costs are processed in USD.
If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees beyond our control.
